Welcome to Ledgertrix. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our mobile applications, website, and related business record management tools. By registering an account or accessing the service, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, syncing data, or browsing our website, you warrant that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these provisions, you must immediately cease usage of the application and site.
2. Use License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the Ledgertrix app solely for your personal or internal business accounting requirements.
Under this license, you are prohibited from:
- Decompiling, reverse-engineering, or tampering with the software codebase.
- Using the service for any illegal business transactions or money laundering activities.
- Copying, duplicating, or reselling software elements under your own brand without explicit authorization.
- Attempting to bypass security protocols or compromise user authentication servers.
3. User Accounts & Credentials
You are responsible for securing the devices on which Ledgertrix is installed and for keeping your account credentials confidential. Any transactional entry or billing configuration initiated from your account will be deemed your authorized business action. If you suspect any breach of account security, report it immediately to our support desk.
4. Limitation of Liability
Ledgertrix and its parent entities are provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not warrant that transaction logs, inventory balances, or tax calculations will be error-free or uninterrupted. Under no circumstances will Ledgertrix be held liable for business revenue losses, inaccurate billing calculations, data corruption, or indirect financial damages arising from system usage.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by, and interpreted in compliance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without reference to conflict-of-law principles.
6. Revisions to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or replace these terms at any time. When substantial changes are made, we will notify you inside the application interface or by email. Continued access after modifications constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
